Mechanical Engineer

Responsible for the design and manufacture of automated assembly equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic and electrical aspects. This may also involve identifying and implementing cost effective improvements to current production processes and equipment within the organisation.

 Candidates should have a minimum of an ONC, or equivalent, in a relevant subject and a sound knowledge of mechanical drives and pneumatics.

Research Technician

 

A hard working and enthusiastic person is required to join our Technical Team. The job emphasis will be in providing support for component testing and product improvements, analysing and writing test reports and assessing comparative product performances.
 
Ideal candidates will have an enquiring mind, be highly motivated and ideally educated to degree level with a scientific / technical background and be capable of detailed and accurate work.
 
This position will provide an interesting career beginning for an analytical person who is prepared to work hard in a specialist research environment. Network Administrator / Helpdesk Support Engineer

 

We are looking for a fully qualified Microsoft Certified System Administrator to administer our company network and to run the Support Desk at our Head Office in Wokingham – part of our European Group of more than 1600 employees.
 
You will work with a European IT team helping to manage the administration of the network locally to ensure the highest possible level of access times for our users, solving the day-to-day problems together with other full time members of the local IT support team in UK site within the European segment of the business.
 
The IT team is small but the work provided is busy and challenging and you would be helping to solve the day-to-day problems of users in this exciting, innovative company.
 
You must be organised, dedicated, self-motivated, and able to work well under sometimes hectic conditions.
 
Your communication skills must be excellent, as you will help to manage the support of over 200 people, both internally and externally. Some after hours on-call work will be expected. Critical Care Product Specialist

Responsibilities will include assisting with the sales and marketing support of Intersurgical Critical Care products, carrying out product presentations and training.

 
Assisting with clinical evaluations where necessary and attending and supporting at exhibitions, conducting field visits, you will also participate in global travelling, visiting hospitals and training sales teams.
 
Candidates must have experience of creating marketing plans, managing full product launches, researching competition markets and will have a degree in a relevant subject.
 

Any experience or knowledge of technical product marketing or medical marketing is highly desirable and experience of training and development of sales teams would also be an advantage.

Web Developer

 

 
You must have a good understanding of web design, information architecture and usability, the Visual Studio development environment and SQL server database. Multimedia skills including Flash are also desirable, as is some knowledge of SEO.

Setter / Maintainer - Weekday Night Shift

 

An additional Setter/Maintainer for our Weekday Night Shift is required to work along side our existing team. The position requires an individual with a mechanical aptitude together with engineering qualifications, however time served apprenticeship would also be acceptable. The successful applicant should have the ability to look after machinery and have a willingness to learn.
 
The main purpose of this role is to run and set plastic extrusion equipment used in our production department for the assembly of our breathing systems, maintaining, setting and fault finding, and generally making sure that the equipment runs efficiently and smoothly with minimum downtime.
 
The hours for this shift are, 8.00pm – 8.00am Monday to Thursday (48 hours per week). The salary for this position is dependent on experience and qualifications held by the successful applicant.
